Order completion time

• The shop’s service desk is open weekdays, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. All orders are processed on an order-by-order basis.
• Orders for which payment is sent and received by 12:00 midday will be sent out the same day. 
• Orders placed on a non-workday will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery times for you scratch cards depend mainly on your selected delivery method (check).
• Please be aware that the fastest to arrive are deliveries made by ...

• Use your consignment numbernumber to quickly check the current location of your parcel.
